Do you know if that's possible? The quad base on fits standard canes with a 3/4" diameter.** A: No it won’t fit the quad rubber base! I have one from my regular Cane and the base is larger than the basic cane base. **Q: Do they sell these in black?** A: In Wood color, but I’m sure you could use a dark varnish or wood paint? **Q: what is the diameter of the cane?** A: I returned this because it is quite large, thick and heavy. I don’t remember the diameter of the pole but I know it was thicker than the Trek Buddy poles I eventually bought.
