Nice exterior color of egg. Haven't grown it yet, as it is a gift. But the growing aspect is always exciting and fun! It would make a nice gift. (Note: I received the egg broken (in shipment?). So had to do a return/replacement)

Okay, “broken, battered and bruised” is a bit dramatic. I ordered three Hatch n Grow crocodiles, and one croc’s shell is cracked open. Others look fine.Working on getting the broken item replaced… hopefully.

We bought this product in a store and the only instructions are printed in pictures on the back of the box, so I came to Amazon to see if I could find anything more detailed. As with other reviews, our baby Rex hatched without a tail and was glued into the egg, and he never expanded past his hatching size. He was easy enough to pop out of the egg after a 23-hour soak, but I had to carefully trim the glue off his feet with a knife to get him to stand and he needs to lean back to stay up because he doesn't have a two for balance.My preschooler loves him like she loves all her dinosaurs, but I wouldn't recommend this one if your child wants their pet to be fully formed.

Came well packed but still broken. Ruined the surprise aspect

We bought one of these. It broke when taken out of the pack. Second one. Ditto. Third one broke when putting in water. The fourth one was broken when taken out of the pack. I've learned my lesson and it only took $30.

Reklamation ging schnell, musste es aber auch zurück schicken. Das nervt natürlich der zusätzliche Aufwand für nichts. Stern nur weil Geld direkt wieder bekommen.

Uovo rotto. Menomale che l'ho aperto ieri (un giorno prima di Pasqua) perché volevo metterlo oggi nel cestino delle uova colorate, altrimenti non facevo in tempo a procurarmi qualcos'altro. Peccato. Lo devo rimandare indietro. Era un'idea molto carina, ma se non si fanno confezioni a prova di rottura, non serve a molto. Rimborso Amazon ha funzionato senza problemi
