So far so good, great price!
We love this shower head so far! It was installed last week and I’ve wanted to shower constantly since then. Too bad I can’t because I don’t want to waste that much water! Anyway, it’s got good pressure for a rain head and I love that it tilts! Definitely suggest it for the price point. Even my contractor couldn’t believe the price we got it for given the quality.

Fantastic Look
I had a professional plumber install the rough in valve. He was a little worried to start because of the precision required for how far it sticks out of the backer board (not too much, not too little). So you need to know the exact measurements of backer adhesive (thin set) with tile thickness. In the end he said it was very easy to install.I installed the hardware myself. I struggled. I contacted customer service and as everyone else has mentioned, they deserve 5 stars for that alone. Email worked best for me. I could include pictures of my challenges. My threading was odd. They sent me new pieces that would work. They followed up with me more than once. Everyone that sees the product says it is very nice. I am very pleased with the look and the product.

Love the look and function of this shower set. You can use both rain and wand at the same time. Rain head is wonderful!

Excellent water pressure
Beyond happy with this product. Super sleek design and excellent water pressure. Our contractor installed and did research on this product versus another I purchased, and he said the valve with this product is great quality. We had the valve and shower head on opposite walls and everything went smoothly with the install, and no pipe noises when we turn the water on. So happy with it all
