This is the best liquid iron vitamins. I literally feel so much better. More energy and I have the ability to focus more than usual. It has also improved in my lab work as well.

It taste good, when settle in the mouth slightly raw..

This is a pleasant tasting iron supplement. I choose this method as opposed to tablets for better absorption. The other important feature is that it’s a non constipating formula. I highly recommend this product.

While this is a great choice, it's a bit bitter to me but has a better taste then other brands. I love that I only need a little verses others I've tried. And the amount of servings per bottle are great. I think it's 1 or 2 teaspoons a day. I take it with vitamin c for better absorption and my iron test will tell if it's really a good choice

I can say it works. My levels has increased based on my labs. It does still make me constipated so now I just take it 3 times a week. I hate stomach problems....lol...I can't tell it works because now I'm hot all the time when I use to be cold daily.

I usually use Floravital iron and herbs and love it but also sometimes try other liquid iron supplements as it's nice to have the option of something else if needed. I tried this three days and it seemed to work ok but I had a concerning reaction to it each time (a food sensitivity or allergy type reaction). I have a lot of chemical and food sensitivities and thinking it's probably something in the flavoring. In any case, just a heads up for others who have chemical/food reactivity (MCAS etc) or have a concerning reaction to this, they don't list all of the ingredients (their "flavoring" ingredients I believe they will let you know if you ask.)
