Sticks work great…very weird smell to them. Even after I used wood cleaner and essential oils…they still stink!

Nice but little sharp.... i have to reduce the sharp area with sanpaper...and then wow great to less agresive to the skin

I’ve used them now for a few weeks and the smell has subsided. It was pretty strong out of the box. I love the longest with the knobs as it allows me to put the most presses across my shoulders. I would love to test them with someone else using them but for the solo work they are good.

I will be honest. I wasn't expecting much from these. However, when I used the smallest of the four massage sticks on my left foot after I got home from work, it immediately relieved the pain, though only temporarily.However, I do have two nitpicks. The first is that the included acupuncture chart is in Chinese so any info you want/need to glean from it is only possible if you know the language. The second nitpick is that you'll only be able to know which situation the various massage sticks are for if you look at the product images on the product page. This information isn't included with the product itself.Also, there is a strong wood smell. It reminds me of a toy flute I had. This isn't a con for me, but some people might find it a deterrent.

I was pleasantly surprised by this set of 4 massage sticks. The are huge, which makes them very effective for using on large muscle groups. Each one features a different bend / knob / rivet to give options for various body parts and massage experience. The sticks are smooth and comfortable to hold. They come boxed, and then nestled in a custom-shaped foam holder - which makes them giftable. I work out regularly and have found some good relief for working out sore muscles after leg day and am planning to purchase a second set as a gift for a friend.I deducted a star because the only instructions included are on the back of the box, and they're limited at best. I had to search online to find suggestions on how to use these. Given the quality of the product, I expected an instruction booklet.

These are very nice massage sticks. It's kind of like getting a container of HP wands. The sticks themselves are very nice. The quality of the wood is nice and they are relatively smooth. A couple of them are a slight bit scratchy, but that can be taken care of. They are nice tools for at home massages or for a professional to add to their collection. The curvature of the wood is nice and it does give a relaxing feel. The knobby one is very nice and those are very smooth. Decent weight to it but not too heavy.
