These test strips come as a pack of 100 in a screw top jar. To use, simply urinate on the end of the test strip, or dip in urine. Then the strip will change colour and you can match this up to the chart on the side of the jar. This will tell you how many ketones you are producing and you can better understand your body and when you are in ketosis. Great value pack and they are easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. Over the year there are times when I am not 100% on the Keto diet, Christmas is the best example. To motivate myself, I got these to self-test how good, or bad, I did with my Keto diet.They are easy to use. I am holding them in the ‘stream’ for a couple of seconds, they are sensitive, so you do not need to worry about needing a big amount of urine to test. It is shame that they are not a bit longer.They are great for indicating progress with your Keto diet and when trying new recipes which you are not sure how it will affect your body.

I used these several times to check levels in my urine. I have been following a diet through my gp practice with low calories and a mild keto effect. Didn’t see any change in the colour strip at all so unsure if they worked.

These strips test for ketones and are very useful for detecting ketosis .You use them in your urineThere is a guide to the various colour grades (6)on the bottle to make it easy to see if you have Ketosis and how much.Very useful for me as I have very much abandoned Keto over the holiday season and will be getting back to it as fast as possible.I remember when I was expecting, there was a test they did which tested for Ketone presence so I suppose they must also be relevant for pregnancy.

These strips are handy to have, although l haven't gone into full ketosis yet.I am on a low carb diet, and doing intermittent fasting, the strips have changed colour a little, but not as much as l would like.I am leaving them by the loo, to give me more incentive to get to a stronger level of ketosis.They are strong strips and easy to use.Edit: Went into ketosis, after fasting for 22hrs, no carbs and with melon only (as some fruits are not as good for keto.)

Algunas tiras parecn estar estropeadas ya que no es posible que con la misma muestra de orina una tira te diga que estas encetosis modera y otra que no estas en cetosis. Incomprensible la verdad.
