It's not enough for me to wear compression socks when the weather is in the upper 90s and humid, so when I saw this tape, I decided to give it a try. So far, so good- the tape is elastic enough to give enough to move with me; it sticks *very* well so I can wear it for a day or two, it breathes well - I'd previously tried duct tape, which bothered my skin, but this Kinesiology Tape is designed for skin, and it's so comfortable I completely forget I even have it on. I got the beige color, so it doesn't look that bad and is not visible at all under lightweight "beach"-type summer pants. Interestingly, although it stays put very well, is also can be removed easily and, for me, painlessly. So far, then, it's doing exactly what I'd hoped, and comfortably so.
