Would love a video emailed to me on how to use it and better directions, still having issues learning it

The media could not be loaded.  I was so excited to open my "NEW" multifunctional heat press. Then as I unboxed it, it appeared to be a little used. A few knicks here and there. Hope it works like new🤷🏾‍♀️

Smaller then expected but Press came with minor defects packaging was broken inside causing the minor defects . Other then that press works good! A little reading helps when trying to figure tout how to uses but over all easy to uses . Works way better then my cricut press ,

I love this heat press sooooo much. I bought it becasue of my new t-shirts DIY business. It is really helpful for my business, it has quick and stable heater to make the heating time shoter and the whole plate has a uniform and stabel temperature. Very good investment. All parts of the heat press looks sturdy. And btw, it is not so important for me about the color, but my wife loves it so much, she said it placed at home just like decorations!

I bought this about a year ago. I only used it 4 times because it always seemed to get to hot and burned items when I put it in the correct setting. Today, the power box started smoking and smelled burned. This was a very scary experience and I will not even try to turn it back on now. I paid a lot for this product and it is basically garbage. And I can't contact the seller and the product is no longer available. Very disappointed especially since I trust Amazon for purchasing items. I don't know who to even contact at this point

It would have been nice to have clear instructions on how to operate enclosed in the machine instead have to go onto YouTube to learn how to operate.

I contacted the seller just before Christmas, and they said they would ship out a new controller for this press. It has now been nearly a month. I have asked if there was any tracking information for the new controller box that sparked and smoked, but there has been no response. The controller has not showed up at this point either. Very disappointed.I have been using my heat press to make Christmas shirts for my family, and everything was going great until today. I made one shirt, turned the press off to go do other chores, came back and flipped the switch on and it threw sparks and and stopped working. Now I can't complete my Christmas gifts. I am going to try and contact the manufacturer. 1
