Great detox effects, helped to clean and rebalance my gut. I have more energy, better skin, and I no longer need to shower as frequently. I'm on my second day. Taking to supplement my "flexetarian" diet. Since day 1 I noticed that I have no smell to my breath at all...even after eating. I guess that's a fringe benefit. I only take one per day due to it's mild laxative effect. Also, any gas smells like nothing at all. Of course, your bowel movements will be green...& a bit less smelly. ***Update 7/20/21*** I've begun taking 2 per day now. In addition to not having any breath odor whatsoever, I now use an unscented anti-perspirant too. No crotch odor, no beneath & surrounding the "Family Jewels" odor, no odor under my belly or love handles. Even the shirts I wear still smell freshly laundered & like fabric softener after a days work. Although I've never had overly strong body odor or breath odor, I wish I'd discovered this years ago.*** ***Update 7/22/21*** Decreasing from 3 doses per day to 2. I've noticed some mild constipation & believe it's due to increasing from dosage from 1 to 3. In truth, I really only need 1 dose daily anyhow but will decrease to 2. With no recent diet changes & lots of water I believe the increase is the reason behind the issue. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied because it truly works!*** ***Update 7/28/21*** I now take 2 capsules per day & it's still working. My body has adjusted & no longer having loose stools although still green. I believe the Fenugreek that I also take every other day is what caused my slight constipation last week. Take this with plenty of water just after eating & you'll reap the benefits. My skin still smells like the pleasant but unscented African Black Soap that I use to bathe, even some 18 hours after having last showered. My cologne lasts longer & smells even better! I also now use an unscented anti-perspirant with less aluminum. My gum and mints last much longer as I'm not constantly using them to mask breath odor after eating, just use them occasionally along with regular daily oral hygiene (brushing & mouthwash). ...To say nothing of its antioxidant benefits. I'm pretty sure God made me buy this product, cause the way I felt unhuman before this product is insane! I struggled with body odor my entire life, I went to the endocrinologist, used herbs, saw multiple doctors, changed my diet, used body spray, bath 4 times a day, used ACV, and nothing worked!!! I was so uncomfortable on my own skin, I even cried for this situation cause no matter what I did, I was literally a walking onion. I complemented this with the liquid one, cause I was so scared this didn't work, after I took it for 3 days, odor where? ODOR WHEREEEE??? I remember I was unable to smell my perfume after 1 hour or 2, I was unable to smell lotion on me, but baby... I take a shower before bed, and the next day I can Identify everything I used and I feel so confident, I feel NORMAL, and can't be happier. It have a light taste, but nothing crazy, helps with your skin, the quality is really good I mean you can never go wrong with Now right? This pills worth every single cent. Turns your poop green but who cares. Did cause some minor GI disturbance but it was only a little gas and different consistency of poop. I take fiber drink at night so everything is so clean nothing typically shows when I wipe. This may loosen stool a bit but not a biggie. I'll tell you what though.....any odor you may have as a result of what you eat or medications you take will be mitigated or eliminated! It truly is like a body mint as it removes the odiferous offense from the inside out (that is the key). It's like bad breath sometimes--you may have good dental hygiene but bad breath because it is coming from a sour stomach or some GI issue. Take one in morning and one at night and it will do the trick. Some people don't take a shower in am and pm and some not for a day or two. I'm really into hygeine so that was not the problem. Many of you just need to shower more often or learn how to really clean yourself, honestly. But, additionally, you are what you eat and what you eat can often come out of your pores when you sweat and produce offensive odors. The other one (something like body mint) was too expensive. Moreover, I just read that Chlorophyll has many other health benefits too (legitimate and important benefits). Last, stay away from all the ingredients in the other version of this. Copper and some other crazy and risky ingredients should be avoided. There were some others that very very high levels of certain things that were absolutely unhealthy so be careful because these are not regulated. Stay simple and pure. Chlorophyll is all you need.

This definitely helps with body odor and it works quickly. As soon as I stop taking this, my sweat literally smells musty. But when I am taking it regularly, my sweat has little to no smell. That may be embarrassing to admit but it’s true. And I have been taking these for a year. Now I have to buy them forever lol.
