Calories and net carbs are quite low. Taste is acceptable as a keto substitute. The fact that these have a large amount of fiber and a bit of flax seed is great. These are my go to brand for tortillas on a keto food plan.

Yes! I love these and they won’t raise Glucose hardly at all. These taste good texture is good. I use them for peanut butter sandwich and home made fajitas!
