Yes. I have bought 3 of this exact scooter for friends and family. We use them for our cruises. We’ve had no problems and never have had to have any of them worked on. The manuals tell you the trouble shooting problems and how to fix it. If you are 300 lbs or over, this is too small for you. It will carry you but the battery will not last near as long. My first one, I used for 2 years before I bought a new battery for it. I recommend the 4 wheel scooters vs the 3 wheel, I’ve seen the 3 wheel ones turn over and never the 4 wheels. Good luck
