PHENOMENAL!!
I have read so many books the past few years, and this is for sure at the top! Every believer should read this book...maybe annually! Will definitely challenge how you think about all of life's experiences! If we truly believe what we claim to believe, we will never be discontent! The problem isn't the circumstance or God, it's our lack of faith. So profound!

Extremely Helpful Book
I have read the original book and this book left nothing out, but instead enriched it by making it easier to read. Often writers that put books into modern English, condense the content and leave valuable lessons out. Not so with this book. It has been done carefully and expertly, increasing rather than diminishing the effect on the reader. Highest recommendation. It will be great help for the soul of any who read it.

Once again Watson proves to be a goldmine
Thomas Watson teaches how to be content when we have less and how to be careful when we have plenty.Three features of the book.First, Watson clearly draws contrast between contentment and discontentmentSecond, he beautifully explained how a christian can be content despite sin, sorrow and struggle.Third, he explains his understanding of contentment biblically and practically by supplying faithful expositions and examples.I recommend this to every Christian. This book is in the modern English which is easy to read.
