Will these sensors also tie in to my pcm or am i going to have to run four sensors

PCM is a fairly generic term so hopefully this helps. There are two wires that give 0-5v analog reference signals for each of the o2 sensors so if your PCM (as opposed to a megasquirt haltech motec etc) can handle 0-5v analog inputs you're good to go. If it's a factory/oem ecu the likelihood of that is slim to none. Again hth

Will this work with the HPtuners mpvi pro scanner?

Yes just have to enter the pid in hp tuners

I have a brand new single gauge kit. Can I get the dual gauge standalone and then buy another single kit? I would assume that would be cheaper.

The gauges are not sold alone. They are only sold in kits.

Die Kabel zusammenbindung war etwas umständlich. Doch was echt nicht schon ist. Ist der Stromverbrauch. Die zwei Sonden ziehen fast soviel das die Batterie während der Fahrt nicht mehr geladen wird. Heißt als ein zusätzlichen Ein/Aus schalter verbauen. Um ihn nicht dauerhaft versorgen zu müssen. Ansonsten funktioniert das System ganz gut. Hab ihn in meinem 71er camaro v8 verbaut
