Export Import Procedures and Documentation Hardcover – January 1, 2010

I teach an import/export class at a university graduate school and I have been using this as a textbook for years. It's the most comprehensive book on this topic that I've been able to find. I like the document examples. Although much of those are electronic, being able to see the actual document is valuable for those who don't work in the industry. It's easier to talk about and understand the data elements when you can see the form. I recommend this book for anyone looking to increase their understanding of international trade.

Very detailed and easy to understand. However I feel like it's more for big companies' importation; would be better if there's more information for new importers or small businesses.

One stop guide for export import.Really helped when I was in my procurement role

The shipping service was extremely fast and accurate. The book itself was required for my Export/Import class and the explanation of exporting and importing is very easy to follow and understand. This book is great as a point of reference for all exporting and importing inquiries.

The front sleeve was torn and also the books corners bent and internal cover was dirty - with an oil stain.I have not had time nor patience to send this back as yet .

I researched many titles before purchasing this volume. It wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive but it is an extremely comprehensive and well written book. If you can't learn what you need from these folks, give it up.

It's a school book so what can I say. It'll help me pass my class.

This book is the most excellent reference for the international trade community to use whether the reader is experienced or not. I have been involved with international trade for 40 years and find the book extremely informative and useful.
