Fantastic product. Truly a No hassles user friendly product. No need for any expensive third party installation help. I did it myself using simple instructions received with the product. Using it regularly twice a day without any problem. User friendly. Great quality and less noise

Missing parts/features and horrible service after a month of usage.
The treadmill belt slips to the left side and grinds with the side rails. This causes frictional heat and noise. Can't use the treadmill at all. Furthermore, the treadmill didn't come with any lubrication inside the box nor are there any lubrication instructions or the spot (the Amazon page says lubrication in box), the AUX Port is also missing. Cult support is not responding to promptly.

The best threadmill in reasonable price
I initially used to go to gym but dut to my mixed shifts it became hectic to take out time for myself. I searched a lot of machines that suits the requirement and ended up buying this one. I feel no regret for it as it served the purpose. Initially I doubted build quality but it works perfectly fine even 90kgs person running at 12km speed. All my family of 4 use this one everyday. Oh sorry I forgot even my little brother 🐕 use this for his daily walk. No complaints no issues since months. And the subscription to cultfit is an added advantage. A bunch of live sessions on daily basis and tracks your workouts. A dietician is specially assigned to you who helps you for diet based on our daily intake and routine. This helped me to get down my weight and also into a better shape. Lot more to go .. I suggest this with any second thoughts. The support team keeps calling regularly to check if the machine is working good 👍🏻. So no issues with the service too.

Good Product
I am sharing my review after using it since last ten days. I will definitely say that there is no problem so far and the machine works very well. The speed is also upto the Mark. In this range I find a good product. The machine is easy to operate and the best thing is that it comes almost 70 percent pre installed. The customer support is excellent. As soo as the product is delivered to you, customer contacts you immediately and guide for installation on phone as well as send some vedios on whatsapp. Customer care support is excellent and they keep contacting you whether the machine is working well or not. I am satisfied. Lastly I suggest you to buy this treadmill.
