Quantity was correct and the 1% tolerance was accurate as well
My old RadioShack multimeter was reading the resistance as a higher tolerance but it's verry old. I just purcahsed a new Klein Tools multimeter which shows these resisters to be very accurate and well within the ±1% tolerance. These resistors are good quality and economical as well.
