I have another IPL device that was a $70 Chinese no-brand, and it is a piece of junk. The SmoothSkin Pure is stellar. The packaging is beautiful, the design is beautiful, the sensors are amazing, and the speed is OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD. It is at least 6x faster than the cheap $70 one I already owned. I don't know about you, but spending over an hour doing legs alone is not fun. With SmoothSkin Pure I did both legs (VERY thoroughly) in about 10 minutes. I can feel the difference between this SmoothSkin Pure and the cheap Chinese one I continue to mention. Do not be fooled by cheap Chinese products that state that it's "high powered" because it has 16-20j/cm2, it's a sham. The Smoothskin pure is made in the UK, not China. Everything about this product showcases superior craftsmanship and quality. This product has also been FDA cleared. China does not have the same laws or regulations that the UK and USA does.
