To improve safety measures during transit.
The product is awesome and I really appreciate it but I am disappointed with the safety of the product in transit. When I unboxed it, I found a dent on the body. So please improve the safety measures for the fragile products like musical instruments during transit.

Best guitar in this price range. No one can beat Yamaha in acoustic sound at this price. Also we're getting a good quality yamaha amp which sounds so accurate. Buy it 👍🏻 I bought it at 9.5k on Great Indian Sale which is indeed the best price.

Damaged product
Guitar Body damaged, 5th(A) & 6th(E) string at 12th fret damaged , pick guard scratched , looking like as used .... Experience was very horrible, then I replaced on same date of delivery, let's see this time how it would ?? If again I found a single damage or default then I again I will replace & if it needs 100 times replacement, then I am also ready to do that Today again I got my replacement product for 2nd time but this time also disatisfied due to again crack on the back side of guitar as I am providing image also .🙂↕️

This guitar is somewhat bigger body. Good if you want bass frequency, useful for recordings. Excellent sound. Well balanced. Worth money. Feels comfort. Looks great.
