Double check length *by C***T on April 2, 2025* I bought this for my seven-year-old and it was a great beginner stick. Would definitely keep in mind the length of the stick. My son is a little bit taller however the stick was about 3 to 4 inches too short. We don’t have a background in hockey so we didn’t realize how long the stick should be. The stick should come up, at least to your kids chin when they have their skates on as a reference. Once he grew out of it, we bought a junior extension to make it longer however, they do not fit with this stick. So we will be purchasing another longer one. Quality is really good though and the grip is nice.
