Is the Glycerine in this product from Rapeseed?

From the image by the glycerine write-up on t he page, it looks like it's made from coconut.

Other Cats claw tinctures say that there is 2000mg of cats claw in each 2ml serving. This one says 200mg in a 2ml serving??

It says the amount per serving is 200ml and the ratio may be 10:1 x this at 2000 herb equivalent. But this needs to be confirmed as the box says 1:10, but could be because of a translation difference from italian to english?!!
