Installing onto a Yamaha Bolt
I wanted a side mounting curved plate that I can attach to my shock. I have found this one and it can work if you cut the nut off that is on it and grind it down a lot. It is a nice chunk of metal and feels very sturdy and it looks good.It is a good product for the Yamaha Bolt XVS950 if you don't mind doing a little metal fabrication.

Nice fit and good looks on an m109r
This tag holder and hardware are of good quality. The powder coated aluminum will probably hold up longer than if it was anodized. The mounting arm has a hex fitting which slides into the recess of the rear axle bolt on the m109r, then the mounting bolt and spacers tighten up and squeeze a rubber grommet which creates ample tension to retain the mount in the axle bolt. Mine looks great on my 2016 m109r boss.

Fits my 2022 M109R
I was hesitant to order this as some of the reviews said it didn't fit or didn't have the correct hardware. After receiving and installing I can confirm it fits. The hex shape fits inside the axle as it should and the included hardware works as it should to wedge the bracket in place. Place the bolt through the bracket, slide the untreated piece on then the rubber washer and then the threaded piece. As you tighten the two pieces crush the rubber washer and expand it to hold the bracket. I used some thread locker and will give the bolt a check as part of my pre trip. Time will tell how well it holds up.
