Where is the independent testing/third party on these filters? This company has a history of being deceptive about their filters.

It’s March of 2022 I just spoke to “Mia” who is still fielding calls and then sending generic responses (it removes taste and odor!) via email with her name in them. Waterdrop filter reps have yet to substantively reply to my finite request for specifics of any/all products removed from water through (their carbon + flouride filters) and at what rate (%) of reduction. So too no responses were received asking for their NSF ANSI attainment levels. Based on a lack of any results in receiving their transparency thus far ...imho the lack of forthrightness negates my justifying a purchase of their gravity water system and/filters for purposes of water purification.

So where is the lab test rating? Where can I find the lab test rating?

I contacted the company to ask if they could send me a copy of the filtration quality metrics and third-party verification. This was their reply: “Dear [removed], Thanks for your reply. Sorry to tell you that we don't have the datasheet you need, please rest assured that our company offers quality products at a lower price without compromising quality. The filter materials in these are in good quality. Best Regards, Mia Lauren, Customer Service Rep”

I have a propur Big, it has 7" white ceramic filters. How would I install the flouride filter that comes with these black filters?

Install the black filter on the top of gravity water filter firstly, then install the flouride filter.

Would running one fluoride and one regular black charcoal filter be sufficient in my 2.25 Waterdrop System?
