Update: the company reached out after my review. Let me just say, I am beyond impressed with their customer service! Constant communication, very friendly. The company refunded me the amount I spent on the toy. Not only that, but they sent a whole new set-FOR FREE! I was not expecting this at all. USA Toyz really does pride itself in customer service and stands behind the items they sell. Needless to say I will be buying from them again in the future. Oh, I also received a thank you card from them in the mail. I have never experienced customer service like this. Thank y’all! -———————— One light saber broke within five minutes of light use. Lights wouldn’t turn off on the other one unless we took batteries out.

They broke immediately. Just assembling one side, it sheared off above the threads to screw it in place HOWEVER, the company has fantastic customer service, and even a year later they continued to reach out to me, and they replaced them for free, and included a great set of little cars (whipz duo). The swords won't last too long, as I am already being attacked by my grandkids and that's just how toys go with small kids, but the kids love them and are worth the laughter and fun we are having. It was my fault it took a year, things have been insane and I didn't see the messages until now.

I loved that this came with two! Both my kids were happy and the price is great. 3 modes of play is nice because the sound is loud and can get annoying. You can play with the toy with lights only and they change colors! Perfect for a birthday gift! My kids are 4/7 and enjoyed playing with these

*update, the seller has reached out to me and offered to refund order, as of now I still stick by my old review based on my first experience, I will try the product again as my kids really did enjoy them and see if I have the same outcome as written below, I will update here after based on that. But the seller is awesome and very responsive to any issues you may have so I’m giving 5 stars based on that and that my kids loved them when they worked. The kids loved them when they worked but in probably two days of using them they completely snapped in half, don’t expect much out of these as they are basically a cheap thin plastic tube with some lights in it akin to what you would buy at a cheap fair or win from an amusement park. Not the worst but definitely not good either*

EDIT.... *** UPDATED REVIEW**.... After leaving feedback the team at USA Toys reached out. They are a small family run business and go over and above when something is not as it should be. In my initial review I mentioned the company had already given me a refund for my item which was brilliant start with. BUT THEN then went an extra step in issuing me with a whole new toy that I was able to choose from their site. PLUS they included another small gift just because soon shipping... BUT I was more impressed with their customer service. This business really does go over and above any business on Amazon I have ever dealt with. So much so I went ahead an ordered something else as a Xmas gift for my Son from their store. . I will continue to buy from this business knowing that if there is ever an issue it will be fixed ten times over.. I have also recommended USA Toyz to a few people with kids looking for Xmas gifts to support this business. Thanks again! ............................................................................. I got these to go with a Darth Vader costume for my 6yo for Halloween. I have 2 boys so I figured I would get a set of 2 to avoid any arguments. Unfortunately only one arrived working with the lights and sounds, and the other was missing the entire spring which forms to circuit in the battery compartment to make the actual lights and sound's work. So we were back down to one functioning "light saber". We were able to use the working one for Halloween (the day I opened them- I kept them hidden so they would noter broken) and the next day I contacted customer service and they kindly offered a refund for the item. It was still well within the 30 day refund period. Overall even with a non working light saber, they lasted only a few play's before breaking, and they are not as durable as I would have liked. But for costume purposes, they would be good if they arrived and worked. Pros- You get two for the price of one which would be great if both worked on arrival. They join together to make one big bo-staff! Con- only one worked on arrival..

I bought these for my son who loves swords. We have had these for a few days now, and he can't get enough of them. As a mom I love this particular set of swords because they can't be easily broken like the ones I've purchased in the past. My boys were playing pretty roughly with them, and these swords did not get damaged. They can be played with sound, or without sound. The boys love the sound effects as they hit the swords together because it gives them the realistic feel. The swords do change colors, or if you prefer you can have it to just one color. The amount the hours the boys have played with them the battery hasn't needed to be replaced which means it doesn't drain the battery fast. Overall These are great Light up Swords. It's Definitely Mom, and Kid approved. This happy customer will be purchasing from this seller again 😊

Perfect, price was right and delivery was perfect! Took grandson to Disney and after going on star wars ride of course they sell the light sabers for extraordinary price so I went on Amazon and got 2 for less then the price of one and when we got home the next day it was waiting for him..so it ended up being a perfect gift! Bought over 2 years ago and still works great!

Bought this for my child a year ago. They were super cool for a few months. Good colors. Fit her pretty well with length. However the blade of the lightsaber is pretty cheap and will break easily. Would be a good choice for having a party and letting the kids play fight. Not recommended for anyone that wants something long term. For the price of the toy tho, it’s not a terrible deal.
