Do you actually get 10 individual packs of 2.1 oz. a piece?

My experience has been that when it says "10-pack" in the ad what you receive is an oblong box with 10 individual pouches in it. Each pouch is resealable, just like from the store.

Why does it say to limit them to no more than 10 treats a day?
