Can anyone give me exact center channel height (and other dimensions)?

The center speaker is 25mm, the other six (3 left, 3 right) are 76 mm and the case is 4.25” tall.

Has anyone tried a pair of these for left-right stereo speakers?

My XT30 center speaker is very nice but has a very narrow listening area. My 2pr of Monitor 40 are great in the corners and half the price. The same woofers but the tweeters are different, wider range.

The speaker is 7 1/8 inches tall, 18 inches wide, and the enclosure 8 3/4 inches deep (9 1/2 inches if you include the grill).

Can this speaker be paired with polk tsi 400 towers?

Yes. Compare the speakers used by the towers and the center speaker. You have 5.25 inch woofers and probably the same tweeters in both. You should go online and double check exactly what speakers (woofers and tweeters) are used in the towers and the center speaker. I think they will work well together. Remember that they are Polk speakers and they tend to work well with each other, just like any other speaker maker. What will make the difference is how well you set up your system.
