The card came full of stains. It looks as if something has been spilled on it. It is impossible to be gifted to someone. The parcel arrived intact, and the other things ordered were in perfect condition, so that's how it was sent, it didn't get damaged on the way. Very disappointed considering that the card was for my daughter.

The item I received was not as described on the website. It is addressed to ‘granddaughter”. This is really disappointing and there is no option to contact the seller/ I expect I would have to pay to return this. Really disappointing. Don’t buy from this seller.
