If you have an issue with carbs, sweets, or sugar, this is your remedy. It tastes as close to sugar as you can get. No bitter taste. No after taste. Doesn't taste "strange" or like it's trying to hard. I love this product. There is an epidemic of sugar in our country. This is a way to use a product that can put a dent in the "sugar" industry. Diabetes, Chronic Kidney Disease, heart disease. This is expensive (more expensive than sugar) but it only has 5 carbs per serving. I recommend buying this even if you use it sometimes. It's good in hot beverages, cold beverages, hot and cold food. This is a good product.

So happy to find a large bag of this compared to the tiny bag at my local grocery store. It came super fast overnight and I had it ready for my coffee in the morning. Thank goodness! I love this product. I find that it doesn't have a weird taste at all and is the best tasting sugar substitute I have tried. I recently changed my diet to be much lower carb but didn't want to fully give up my sweet coffee. This made it possible. I will try to bake with it next. Wish it weren't so expensive but worth every penny.

My wife and I have used this sweetener for the last 6 years now. We use it in our coffee, baked goods, to sweeten different beverages and to sprinkle on cinnamon toast. We love the taste and that it doesn’t have a weird aftertaste, it mixes very well in most room temperature or warm drinks. It needs to be mixed vigorously to mix into cold drinks. The texture is very similar to sugar. The size of the bag is perfect because we use it so often. Overall, we recommend it to our friends and family trying keto or trying to stop eating so much sugar.

The erythritol did have me a bit concerned, but the taste is nonetheless awesome. No bitter aftertaste or feeling sluggish. I've recently started a 16:8 intermittent fast three days ago to shed some pounds. Just use in moderation.

I am re-reviewing this item only because I stated that others had mentioned they noticed a hint of vanilla in this and I had not. The run down of the original review is this stuff is incredibly sweet and lasts a long time because of that. I like a really sweet cup of coffee to start the morning and then no sugar in my coffee after that, where I used to use 3 teaspoons of sugar before I get the same sweetness from 1 - 1.5 teaspoons with Pyure. The wife like this too, she didn't like the flake stuff I was buying before (she said it had an aftertaste she didn't like, but I didn't notice it). Anyway after my original review I happened to try this in some Crystal lite or MIO maybe and I DID notice an obvious hint of vanilla. I guess it blends with coffee and at least for me was undetected before. If you bake with it (I haven't) then maybe stick to using it in something vanilla would blend with anyway. As far as fruit flavored drinks go, it's not really ideal.

Worth the money. Great flavor.
