New Air compressor btw*** A: There should not be anything but air coming out of the tool. If there is anything black it could be dirt that is in the cone, or if it is coming through the straw that the air travels through there could be dirt in your air compressor tank. Remove the cone and clean that first since that will be easiest. If you still have black debris coming out then it would most likely be coming from the air compressor. I'm not sure if you have an air compressor that takes oil or an oil free air compressor but I would look into servicing and cleaning the air compressor if you have anything other than air coming through the gun. If there is enough build-up in the gun you might also need to take the components of the Tornador Blow Gun apart and clean those out as well... **Q: Whats the best technique for using this tool? How do you ensure you dont have to re vacuum areas you already cleaned?** A: This tool is meant to loosen the dirt that a vacuum can’t. I use mine b4 I vacuum. **Q: How much psi i need to power this tool?** A: 60. Don’t go over 90 psi.! Anything over 90psi you risk damaging the center stinger.
