It just didn't glow in the dark. Quite disappointing

I ordered an age 10-12, my son is 8. Unlike the picture where it goes to the feet, it's half way down his shin. The package was labelled "small". The gloves are tiny, I'm not sure what size hand will fit in there. No matter how long i left it under a light or in natural daylight it does not glow in the dark, I can only assume this photo has been photo shopped. I don't think it's worth the £24 price tag (£28 with postage), it looks more like a £12 supermarket outfit. I wish I'd saved my cash and bought one there.
