These pillows are fantastic. I got the 2” and the foam was solid and comfy. Only drawback for me was it ended up being like an 1.5” bigger when it all fluffed out. But honestly it came with 2 small accent pillow cases (you’d only need filling for the cases) the same matching color. All in all it was a win at a great price

After having a new built-in bookshelf with bench installed, we had a need for a custom sized cushion. The day I ordered the product I received an email from the company to verify my custom dimensions. After confirming, they sent another email to say they would get started right away. It did take a while to receive my package; however, it needed to be made, then shipped from overseas. With all the shipping delays, I'm impressed it got here as fast as it did. The cushion was shrinkwrapped in several bags, and very securely wrapped. It took a few hours for the cushion to fully inflate to its full dimensions. After it settled, I knew it was perfect. The dimensions I gave were followed precisely. The cover is great, the stitching is uniform and seems very strong. The cushion is very comfortable. They even threw in a matching pillow cover. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. It's definitely worth the money. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a custom cushion made.

This cushion was better than expected! I got the 3 inch thick version to go on top of a chest at the bottom of the bed that we often sit on. I expected to have to make straps to hold it on but I didn’t have to! The non slip bottom works so well that I didn’t need to do anything except lay it on there and forget it. It’s so comfortable but yet sturdy at the same. I wish I found this sooner. Also it’s the perfect size. The seller contacts you after your order to confirm your size down to a fraction on an inch. And while it does come from overseas mine arrived much sooner than Amazons “guesstimate” time frame, and I ordered during a holiday for them which they kindly warned me that it might slow shipping down. The seller contacted me after it shipped to make sure it arrived and I was happy. It does come very compressed but it sprung to full size within minutes. I read some people say it’s hard to open, but it’s just compressed and wrapped several times to keep it small for shipping, which in turn makes it get to you faster. Just have a little patience, take your time and it’s really not an issue. Overall I have to say this is amongst my top Amazon purchases!

I really like this cushion. Perfect fit and very comfortable. I only wish I could figure out how to buy just a cover if it’s even possible. The color I chose wasn’t what I thought it would look like. It’s a custom size so can’t return.

I sent a sketch of my window seat with dimensions and I received EXACTLY what I ordered. After a day it was still 4" short so I messaged the seller. The reassured me in another few days it will fill out and sure enough, it's perfect now. The foam is firm and the fabric quality is high, perfect for my daughters room to jump on.

I’ll start with the “warning” and it’s probably a strong word, but if your expectations are in line, you’ll be happier with your purchase. The package arrives from China in a very tightly wrapped, with many layers of clear shipping tape, in a plastic package, in the shape of a ball/bundle. So I didn’t even recognize that it was my 4ft x 2ft x 4 inch thick pad. It took a good while with scissors and a razor blade to carefully peel away the tape to get it open. It took about 24hrs for the foam to fully expand and out gas.Now for the fabric… the pictures of wrinkled, crinkled fabric others have provided here are for real and exactly what mine looked like. I was sincerely concerned. And the fabric doesn’t smell great when you first open it. It seems the be coated in something that feels very artificial, very plastic. So I washed mine in the washer on cool, gentle, with extra soap and extra rinse. Then dried on extra low in the dryer. Then I ironed it on low (inside out) and in some areas with a thin towel to protect the “plastic coating” from melting. This got out 90% of the wrinkles. But this will never be a wrinkle free fabric, it doesn’t seem designed to be. But it seems really durable, so… The washing made it softer and the smell is gone. I’m not happy with the work I had to do. But I’m satisfied with the results. It’s definitely not high-end fabric, and the zipper and stitching is very basic. But I think it will hold up well.Compared to the expense of a “real quality” custom item, this product is fine. Foam is dense and cut well to my specs. And I was surprised to see an extra square decorative pillowcase in my order.Also, their customer service was very good. My order got lost in the mail on my side, not theirs, and they were very patient communicating with me back and forth for several days until I figured out where my package was. I don’t know what a return would be like, or if it’s even possible on a custom order. And is it expensive for the actual cost of the materials and labor they use, yes. But is it less then local custom item? Also yes. So there ya go! Best of luck.

Ordered a 3-inch cushion for my window seat. It came about three weeks later from China wrapped up tightly, but luckily other reviewers warned me to open it very, very carefully. Once it was opened, the cushion expanded and has no creases. The workmanship is very nice and it was a perfect fit. The company sent several messages to ask me if it had arrived and if I was happy with it. The inclusion of an extra 15 x 15-inch pillow cover was a nice extra. I'm very happy with the quality and the price was very reasonable.

I chose this seller based on the feedback, and was not disappointed. The cushions are a perfect fit, look great and are very comfortable. As others have also mentioned, it was a nice touch to get two cushion covers as well!It is always the measure of someone in how they respond to issues; when the first delivery arrived we noticed that the base cushion didn't expand to the 8cm thickness we had ordered (we made it a bit more complicated by having an 8cm thick base cushion and a 5cm thick backrest cushion). I contacted the seller and they immediately confirmed they would make and send a new 8cm thick cushion, which arrived a few days ago and is a perfect fit. We are very happy with the way the issue was resolved quickly and painlessly, thank you!As it says in the product details and in other reviews the cushions arrive vacuum-packed and it does take a couple of days for them to fully reach the right size and for the wrinkles to disappear. There were still a few wrinkles in the cover after it had reached full size but after a few days of use these have disappeared.All in all, very happy with these cushions. Very good value too.
