It's not red as red it could have been.
It's pale red or dull red, it lacks the vibrancy. Otherwise, the paper is good, not too thick. It came as a roll without the core or the mounting points.

Cheap roll of chart paper
The image is misleading. I received a cheap roll of chart paper. The edges are soiled brown.The paper is think. The sides are crumpled. It can be used as a bin liner.
