This book opens by covering what permits and things need to be done to start ceeating your container home. The book also covers how to purchase or find shipping container and how to wire it, plumb it, heat it, septic it, etc. These are all important details. There are over a dozen floor plan diagrams as well. They range from the simple container alone to multi story container dwellings. I enjiyed all the detail and all the photos.

Not enough explaining floorplan and foundation

This book is short and sweet and it allows you to gain the basic knowledge of the entire process. Let your mind run wild! Exterior walls are an option and styles of roofs...the choices are endless! I recommend this book! 5 star!

Shipping container homes can be a good idea if you follow the advice here. How to purchase one, how to lay out the interior and how to live comfortably in one.

Cant even read the measurements and definitely not real blueprints on how to build anything this should be called a pamplet or something highly disappointed.

Some of the plans are ridiculous. Who thinks a 3 foot wide kitchen is a good idea? Can’t even open the fridge.

It’s a book, unfortunately a simple read, and mostly common sense, doesn’t cover much on anything, or, everything, not intended as a design book, or a step by step how to, not a in-depth read, but it is a read, and I do appreciate its content.Thank you
