i used it for about a week, mixed it in with my coffee and nothing, then it cleaned me out. I saw somewhere that you have all types of waste stored in you and that didn't make sense till i tried this. my tummy did get flater. I used the product for a week and within 5 days my energy levels increased. The taste was very tolerable even contrary to the aroma. I liked it best with cranberry juice in AM. But on the 3rd day I started experiencing heart flutter and tiredness. Be alert if taking BP medication, the potassium may cause some interactions.

Love this product and that fact that you can use it in a variety of ways, such as, hot tea, smoothies and juice or simply add to ice water.. Flavor is mild and smooth and not over bearing. I found this product when my husband almost lost his battle with kidney failure and was on the edge of death. So first off all the claims that this products has and I haven’t found any scientific proof of any of it. The taste is not delightful but not extremely unpleasant. The bag is a real small bag with a spoon smaller than a tea spoon. I have used the product for about five days twice a day and haven’t noticed any difference. Hungry means your stomach inside bit irritating that why people wanted food but drinking this not feel hungry for few days… very good surprise I lost so far 5lbs…I can go father more. It’s not hard at all. However you need take multiple vitamins and plenty of water.
