Just what we expected. It came week earlier than expected. Going to make home made mustard. An pickled peppers yellow mustard seeds

I make homemade mustard and ground meat products. They are a good value for the money. The size of the seed is good and the color is a good yellow mustard color. They are fresh and are of good quality. I would recommend buying these if you make mustard, meatsticks and brine meats like cornbeef.

I've been thinking about this for a few days, and I have come to the conclusion that #5 of mustard seeds will last me quite a long time. I use them for making bread & butter pickles. They taste just as good as the seeds I bought in the itty bitty bottle (1.4oz) from the grocery store. But I would find another container to put them in for easy access and being able to seal it up to keep the contents dry. A gallon sized plastic bottle works nicely. =^..^=

use a lot for cooking different things. just the right amount of seasoning.

I can pickles and our 3 local stores had no mustard seeds whatsoever. Walmart had zero too. Thank you Amazon I got more for my money. A 5 lb bag will last me the canning season and seasoning for the this years deer sausage making as well.

Product is as specified it’s mustard seed. However, I did not see in the specifics of this product that it would come with pre/chewed gum pieces stuck to the packaging. Without the gum pieces it would have received a higher rating.

This is a bag of mustard seeds. Yep... there are a LOT of mustard seeds in this bag. Yep... a... lot... did I mention this bag is full of mustard seeds? It's like, this is a bag full of mustard seeds!
