Cheap but gets the job done
It’s cheap plastic but decently durable. The light fixture I have was not large enough to cover the lip to keep it on the ceiling so I drilled two screws into it to secure and painted them white, and it was fine. I was initially worried it might crack but it didn’t. It looks really nice and you can’t really tell it’s plastic. Definitely a great value for the money.

Beautiful medallion
The ceiling medallion was beautiful. I put it up with a chandelier. Great product to buy.

Beautiful lighting, cheap hardware
Loved the end results. It’s beautiful. However, the hardware they include is very cheap & extremely difficult to make work. I spent an hour trying to get the screw that holds the bell casing, for the covering of the wiring, to go in. It never worked, so I had to improvise shimming & using double tape to hold the bell casing on. The assembling of the colored glass pieces was simple once u get a rhythm going with wiring them on. It was fun figuring out how we wanted the colors to go on. It turned out gorgeous & we have received so many compliments. Be prepared to spend about 4 hours on this project & most of that figuring out the assembly of the hardware & working with very cheap material concerning the base of the fixture. That being said, the glass was beautiful & the packing was well attended to.

Plastic design but works
The size of the is great for around small light fixture, lightweight due to it being plastic , definitely recommend using a small drill bit to make holes first before putting screws in to hang if you have to , beside that it's works and looks good can't complain for the price

Paint it before you rate it
I don't know what I was expecting as this is the first ceiling medallion I've purchased; however, at first site this was pretty unimpressive. It's bright white, plastic, and ready to be painted. Definitely needs to be painted. We got it for use with the ALL CRYSTAL CHANDELIER CHANDELIERS WITH PINK SHADES H17" X W17," per another reviewer's suggestion. This is for our baby's nursery that is gray, pink, and antique white. We also got the Rust-Oleum 202867 Distressed Quart and Half Pint Kit, Distressed Ivory, to used on this and a few other accents. The antiquing did the trick, and the medallion is a nice finishing touch to the ceiling and light fixture.

This would have been fine. The hole in the center is 4 inches but my light fixture was 4.5 so it wouldn't fit through it properly. It is labeled as 4 inches, but I didn't take the time to measure things before hand. I kept it though as I am sure I will find a use for it later.

Could not find these in any hardware stores! Was frustrating until someone suggested Amazon! Yay! Easy to attach and does the job!
