The filter stopped working after 5 months
Definitely not acceptable for a fish tank kit where the filter just suddenly stopped working after only 5 months. Have to find an emergency solution for my fish and shimps in the tank before the replacement filter comes. Not recommending buying from Aqueon.

I've had this for 2months and it's great. I have 3 zebra danio and 3 dumbo guppies. All so started growing java fern. All is well. The only thing that would make this tank better is bigger openings on the back of the hood for the heater and airlines. Other then that it's great. Plan on buying the same brand for a 20gal. As I have a 10gal now.

did not fix my first problem

Arrived very quickly and in tact. Everything needed was included. The filter says Aqueon 10 but apparently that's their model for the 20 gallon tank, a little confusing! Only qualm is that the heater is permanently set at 78 degrees. I just have a goldfish so I threw the heater away. Other than that the tank functions well for the price. My plants are growing nicely under the lights, which were already installed in the hood.

I think this is a very good fish tank for the price! I got this a few months ago and it works very well, the filter can be a little strong if there isn’t enough water, so make sure it’s filled up enough! My betta loves this tank and is much better than my 5gal I had for him! This tank was very easy to set up and came with no cracks or anything missing! It’s a pretty big tank, it has a bright light, along with that it has a nice filter that can easily be taken out and cleaned.
