Cheap but not broken
Definitely cheaply made like something out of a gumball machine. But not broken. I got the message after I already returned it. The two Circle pieces snap together to create the necklace part. Should be better explained in the listing.

I ordered the green plastic glow-in-the-dark rosary. Aside from the fact that it arrived broken (it was just one long piece instead of a connected rosary), the whole thing was of extremely poor quality--pieces of loose string hanging out from the plastic cross, blobs of plastic where there should have been religious imprints. I know it was less than 5 bucks, but it was completely useless as a (broken) rosary. I sent it back immediately and requested a refund.
