Old product delivered

I have ordered this Product for the first time but I got soiled product and also it's manufacturing date is 1 year old . Today I got the delivery for the 2 nd time same like earlier order the product is soiled and mfg date is of 2022 which looks like the company has no sales therefore they are not producing new product . If it will continue next time then I will discontinue using the product.
