Well made and just what I hoped the lifts would be.
I purchased this item to lift one slightly shorter leg in hopes to relieve back pain. They fit perfectly into shoe and with four different levels of height about 1/4 inch each. You can use one or four of the levels to reach the desired lift needed.

Adjustable for your needs.
I can walk much better because I don’t tilt as much to one side. Had surgery and one side tilts when walking. These heel lifts corrected the problem and are adhesive to shoe. Good product

We're not stable enough
In my shoes but they were very uncomfortable. Because I have one leg a little shorter and I need the height. These are too soft and unsrable

These are great and clear to wear with my sandals.
I'm sure these are used for comfort on the heels, but I use them as a lift to go on my sandals, because I have a back condition that makes one of my legs longer than the other. I have to wear a lift in one of my shoes to make my stance & walk even. It's harder to find lifts for sandals. But these are clear and work just fine. They're adhesive, so they stay just fine.
