I wear a large T-shirt and size 11 to 13 in pants depending on the brand. I bought a large and it fits perfect! This is a waist cincher people...it's not meant to be super easy to put on! The people who THINK it's too small need to get a full length mirror and buy bigger clothing to start with. This fat girl got in a large with absolutely no problem!The reason I only gave 3 stars is it smells horribly of mildew. A NEW item should NEVER smell moldy. The only issue here is the straps really dig in, but I noticed it was more my bra straps getting caught up that were digging not so much the straps of the corset, so I would recommend either a strapless bra or something along those lines to help with the rubbing on shoulders. The plus is it really covers the back support so well!
