It can, but I honestly would look for a higher quality case if the card is autographed and in good condition.

It will if you have a japanese perfect fit sleeve on them.

As long as it is a standard card, yes.

UV protection, i doubt it. Usually UV stuff is wicked expensive. These are cheap to have that.
