These WILL change your life! My daughter told me about the probiotics and I chose this particular brand. No more constipation! No bloating, no pain, no problem. I cannot believe it. Have been taking them for well over a month.

Best probiotic I have found.

At the recommendation of my daughter, who is a registered dietitian, I introduced this probiotic into my daily routine. Over all, I am a very healthy 60 year old, but over the past few years I noticed an increase in heartburn and very loose, and wildly unpredictable stools. In an effort to control my loose stools, my physician encouraged me to take Metamucil ; I gag just thinking about swallowing it. (I’m sure that’s all in my head) He also advised me to take an antacid to address the heartburn. During a conversation with my daughter, she suggested that I might have ‘leaky gut’. She told me that the stomach is our ‘second brain’; and if it is compromised, it can affect many other things. I chose Nordic brand because she personally takes it. I have been taking two capsules daily for four months now. I can honestly say, I no longer suffer from heartburn. More importantly, I no longer have constant diarrhea! I repeat: I no longer have constant diarrhea!! It’s hard to believe this simple, natural product has allowed my body to self correct.

These work well. I would MUCH rather have softgels, however. Capsules may be cheap but they are unpleasant and hard to swallow, and sometimes stick in my throat and cause me problems.

Nice probiotic vitamin. Would purchase again.

I was look for a probiotic with less strains and ones focused on microbiome/digestion & intestinal support to help alleviate acid reflux. I started with 1 a day (NOT the two suggested) because I was worried about sensitivities and so far so good. I do think there is an adjustment period that happens within the body, so I suggest giving it a week or so at least if you can. I’m on day 5 and could see & feel the noticeable improvement on evening of day 4. They have helped me & are making a noticeable difference along with a focused diet.
