I tried to contact the author and publisher.  The book is unusable as a cook book. It calls for 5 cups of turmeric for one recipe. Ground water for another. It has been mistranslated into English and is useless without a magic decoder ring.  Who ever put this book together and released it needs brought up short.  They are terrible at food.  For a banana bread recipe it wants 1 tsp of banana and 3, mashed nutmeg and 5 cups, minced baking powder. Clearly a mistake.  Unusable book. Not worth the paper it's printed on. Please someone  reach out to Chayla Henck and let him or her know just what has been done to their book.

A very poorly written book. Seems to be a self published, unprofessionally written with patches of repeated information picked up from different sources. Not really a cookbook, just contains several recipes using dairy/milk and spices.
