NavionicsPlus Regions South Marine and Lake Charts on SD/MSD

Got this for my dad for his birthday and he loves it. It gives very detailed maps and it worked with his Hook 7 (he has one of the older models). You also get free updates with it.

I ordered the wrong SD Card.

Probably one of the best products I’ve bought in some time. I literally took out of package, plugged into my recorder and maps downloaded.From having basic chart, to seeing every, dock, channel, marker and sandbars.Great product!

I would have given it a 5 but once I installed it on my Simrad Go9, the tides screen quit working. I found out through The Hull Truth forum that you have to delete the ucg folder and all files with .uk and .uc. Havent plugged it back in yet to make sure it worked but what a pain to find out when you're out on the water and no access to a laptop.

Reasonable price able to purchase just what I need

You will not find any landmarks on this card. No Terrain, No Satellite view, scant information about lake communities, parks, nothing. When fishing lakes or Gulf shorelines, I can get more information from my iPhone Navionics App. I contacted Lowrance and Navionics about the lack of information they provide on this card. Fine for fishing, but if you motor up on an unknown boat ramp, best pull out your iPhone. Not too happy about not having any land features.
