There was no degradation of performance over time - it simply died. I purchased a different charger (for half this price) to be sure that the phone itself was charging properly, and the new charger and phone are working together fine. For the price of the Bezalel charger, I expected it to last at the very least the life of the phone. I am extremely disappointed that I wasted so much money on what I mistakenly thought would be a superior product. In this case, you get what you pay for is NOT the experience. It is 3 3/4” X 3 3/4” & About 1/4” high. Comes with a Galaxy connector (same for my Galaxy Tab A 7” & 8”) the other end is USB. Only drawback is there is no a/c plug so you will have to use a Samsung or Apple a/c plug. I like the flat aspect & not the upright type. My iPhone 8 Plus is in a OtterBox case and the second I put it on the charger it plunged & started charging. My only worry was that it would charge through the case. Charger is a little bit pricey but I think it’s worth it. All I keep doing is buying new lightning wires and they last about 6 months, I hope this lasts a long time. Pad arrived and first impression was awesome! I was surprised how thin and shiny is that. So I plugged it in and boom! As soon as I put my iPhone X on that who has the apple leather case on as well and guess what it started charging! I keep using this pad for a week before writing the review to make sure it keeps working and it does!This is a really good option for anyone who has iPhone X and confused what to buy. If you compare it with those thick wireless pad sold in apple store which costs you even more, I would definitely go with Bezalel!
