So far I really like the bar. I got the black version of the 3677. You probably can't beat the quality and finish of these bars. The bushings are great and the ends spin nice. Worth every penny.Not really thinking, I had originally picked up a cheap $28 weider bar of a similar style based on the reviews and couldn't stand how bad it was and how much noise it made, all loose and sloppy.I just recently got back into doing some weights after about 12 years and intend to build myself a home gym.
