Great product
I suffer from plantar fasciitis and restless legs , this is by far the best product I've ever bought . It arrived yesterday , put it on before bed last night and had best night sleep I've had in ages , so much so I've bought a bottle for my daughter who also suffers from restless legs , great price with the added bonus of Amazon delivering it straight to her .

Not the most effective
Ordered this but received a different size bottle. This is a spray, I found when you first spray it on your legs is stings quite badly. Also didn't find it helps.

Effective and easy to use does what it says on the tin!
Really happy with this magnesium spray. It’s simple to apply and absorbs well into the skin. After using it regularly, I noticed an improvement in muscle tension and a more relaxed feeling, especially in the evenings. Good size bottle as well, so it lasts a while. Overall, feels like a quality product that delivers on what it promises.

It does work
I bought this after suffering from restless legs and being kept awake night after night. It’s fast acting and eases my legs giving me a better nights sleep. It is dry when it goes on the skin but it does work. If I don’t use it, my restless legs comes back , so il say its not permanent until it’s used again
