This stuff does make your jittery and heart race so only take 1 pill or half the contents. But it does help with delayed ejaculation which is a problem for some men that doesn't have much research or solutions out there for.

These things are pretty strong. Don't take anywhere close to bedtime. I started with a half for testing purposes and the stuff was still in my system eight hours later. It may cause jitters. racing heart and other side effects.

I take this as needed for improved performance. This has become more necessary with age, though in a mild form. In that mild form, I believe this supplement helps me. I've only taken one capsule at a time, trying to time it at least an hour before activity, as suggested on the label. The timing is not always possible to get right, but getting within a half hour, say, has seemed to work.
