Sevea Rhinestones Broke Off Beads
I was missing 5 orange beads and several of the other beads had rhinestones missing that broke off possibly from moving around in the packaging.

The media could not be loaded. They still work but the beads came out side of the package and some of the sparkals on the beads came off
