Really neat gift idea, but balloon needs to be stronger.
Ordered this and had a difficult time trying to get it delivered to FL when I needed it, but with the help of Amazon, the job was accomplished. My husband and I only had a few days in FL with grandchildren and wanted to be there to help them set it up and see it in use, and thankfully, it did arrive the day before we had to leave. Kids loved it!

Disappointed, No air swimming here
I purchased this "Air Swimmer" for my 5 year old daughter whom couldn't wait for me to put it together. But unfortunately that's all she was able to do was wait. I finally got it out together as directed Wich was no easy feat.After getting everything together and attempting to charge the fan that moves the air swimmer around , sadly where still waiting.The instructions predicts that it would take 25- 45 minutes to charge. Those numbers seemed questionable but here we went. After 25-30 minutes... No juce! After 45 minutes still no power.After and hour charging and I mean that's with me following the instructions to the Letter, still no Air swimming.After attempting to charge this fan , over another night with the same results I'll be deflating this balloon and returning it.A few words of advice... Stick to the Original Air swimmers!

Sad to say
I was so eager to try out the Air Swimmer Flying Dolphin, Have followed all instructions, filled the dolphin with helium, it floats as expected, as I go to the next step, we noticed that cold air comes out under the dolphin where we attached the fan and control for the tail fin. There was no puncture hole, but we noticed that the dolphin itself tears apart from the seal due to tension.Sad to say, we tried to tape it, glue it, up to when we exhausted a tank of helium which gone to waste. The plastic was super thin, it cannot hold on to the pressure it was supposed to hold.I still have a Nemo Air Swimmer, will try it out when I get to buy another tank of helium, hoping it would not leak or tear.

It didn't work and it was a lot of money - disappointed customer...we were very excited when we got it blown up but the remote part would only run for about 30 seconds...

My son and I have never enjoyed a toy more than this one. Yes, the parts are fragile, so you do need to have extreme caution when putting it together. The tail assembly takes most of the gentleness to assemble but that's what YouTube is for. I simply looked up Dolphin Swimmer and the step by step instructions illustrate the assembly. By pre-testing and pre-fitting the tail assembly before snapping on the clips, you are half way there. Wow. What a great toy for an 8 year old. And for Dad as well...
